Welch Allyn

Fabrication and erection of two additions totaling 905 tons of steel, including a pedestrian bridge connecting the new structure to the existing. In addition to the main structure, JPW did all the miscellaneous work and hoisted large roof top units on to the new additions.

 



 

Crouse Hospital Parking Garage, Syracuse, N.Y.
1200 tons of steel. A portion of the structure in front of the crane was strategically erected last so we could utilize our 250 ton Link Belt crane in a tight space on a busy Syracuse University thoroughfare.

 

 

Hartford Insurance Group, New Hartford, N.Y.
130,000 sq. ft., 726 tons of steel. JPW erected the main structure, three sets of stairs, one ornamental, and all the precast panels.

 

 

   
 

Department of Homeland Security’s Port of Entry, Massena, N.Y.
1609 tons of steel. JPW erected four buildings and three large structural canopies for this project. The canopies required extensive fit-up and welding.

 

 

Jefferson Clinton Commons, Syracuse, N.Y.
97,000 sq. ft., 615 tons of steel. JPW fabricated and erected the structural and miscellaneous steel, as well as the precast on this project.

74,400 sq. ft., 517 tons of steel.

 

 

 

Southern Wine and Spirits new distribution facility. 300,000 sq. ft.,

Super Walmart, Canandaigua, N.Y.

This 250,000 sq. ft. retail building was completed in a tight 4 1/2 week schedule. Using a panelized joist system, JPW was able to set a bay of joists per pick. The picking beam used here was designed and fabricated by JPW

 

 

One of three buildings erected for the Sensis Corporation. 1000 tons of steel.

 

 

 

 

These freestanding stairs were part of the miscellaneous package for Widewaters Business Park in Rochester, N.Y.

 

 

SU Life Sciences

The center stairs for the new Life Sciences Building at Syracuse University. JPW fabricated and erected the railings for the stairs and openings and installed stainless steel architectural panels on the sides and bottom of the stringers.

 

The Willows, downtown Syracuse, N.Y.

A four story stair tower added to a newly renovated apartment complex.

 

 

Regal Cinema 14, Ithaca, N.Y.

100,000 sq. ft., 580 tons of steel. JPW fabricated and erected this 14 theater structure. The miscellaneous included two stairs and 2600 linear ft. of wall and hand rail in and around the building.
